Fitness

Tapping

Exercise isn’t just physical — it’s emotional. Years of guilt, shame, or self-judgment can hold you back, even before you begin. Often, it’s not lack of discipline, but old stories and a nervous system that doesn’t feel safe. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or “Tapping,” helps release these blocks. By gently tapping on specific points while focusing on emotions, we soften the inner critic, ease fear and resistance, and create safety in the body. When the emotional weight lifts, exercise stops feeling like punishment. You move from alignment and ease, not pressure — and that’s where lasting change begins.

Curious about how healthy your everyday groceries really are?

In this personalized session, I accompany you on your weekly shopping trip and guide you through a detailed scan of your purchases to uncover what is truly in your food and whether the ingredients support your wellbeing. With packaging and marketing often designed to appear healthy, this experience provides clarity beyond the label.

You will gain practical insight and simple guidance to confidently compare products, identify the most healthy options, and make informed choices with ease. Many clients find this process transformative, as it empowers them to know that the foods in their fridge and cupboards are genuinely aligned with their health goals.

Food Preparation/Organization

Do you find meal planning, deciding what to eat, and grocery shopping to be a constant source of stress? In this session, I help you organise and optimise your fridge so that making healthy choices becomes effortless. With food stored thoughtfully for easy access and variety, preparing nutritious meals becomes simple, inviting, and sustainable — making healthy habits easy to maintain every day.

My name is Tracey Farrell, and I am a Personal Trainer/Wellness enthusiast who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health, fitness, and overall wellbeing goals. With many years experience managing health retreats, I have developed expertise in designing personalised wellness programs tailored to clients from diverse backgrounds. As a Personal Trainer, I guide clients in reaching their fitness objectives while supporting their long-term health and vitality.

Throughout my career, I have been motivated by a deep curiosity about what makes us truly happy and healthy. My approach to wellness is holistic, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that true health and happiness are achieved through a combination of healthy habits, self-care practices, and a positive mindset.

Outside of my professional work, I immerse myself in practices that nourish both body and mind, from yoga and ocean swimming to savouring thoughtfully prepared, wholesome cuisine. I lead by example, inspiring those around me to embrace wellness, vitality, and the pleasures of life. I am deeply committed to guiding others on their unique journeys toward optimal health, balance, and lasting happiness.
